Pudding Alarm — App Support

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Pudding Alarm turns one spoken sentence into a reliable future reminder. Say something like "remind me next month to renew my car insurance", and Pudding Alarm sets a system-level alarm that rings on that future date — so you don't have to keep small future tasks in your head.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I've reached the free limit. How do I create more reminders?

The free tier allows a limited number of active reminders per period. When the limit is reached, the app will show how many reminders are available and when the quota refreshes. To create more reminders without limits, you can unlock Pudding Alarm PRO (a one-time, lifetime purchase).

2. I bought PRO but it's not unlocked on my new device.

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase, then use the Restore Purchases option in the app. Restoring will re-verify your purchase with Apple and unlock PRO.

3. Siri doesn't open Pudding Alarm.

Use the app's full name when speaking. For example, say "Ask Pudding Alarm to remind me..." or "Use Pudding Alarm to set a reminder..." instead of just "Pudding". Some requests may still be handled by Apple's built-in alarm or reminders — if so, just try again with the full app name.

4. The time wasn't recognized correctly from my voice.

Try including a period marker such as AM/PM or "in the morning / in the evening". For example, "remind me at eight in the evening to call Mom" is recognized as 8:00 PM. If you say a bare time like "4 PM" without a period word, the app maps it to the daytime by default. You can also edit any field after creation.

5. My alarm didn't ring, or was too quiet.

6. My reminder is stored where? Is my data private?

Your reminders and voice input stay on your device and in Apple's system alarm/reminder features you explicitly ask the app to create. We do not collect, upload, or sell your reminder content. Voice recognition is handled by Apple's speech framework. See our Privacy Policy for details.
